  The item was definitely not as described. The site said New and it was Used. The said it would come with a Canopy and Tail, but there was no tail. The item had 3 stains on it. I have text messages between me and the seller to prove they said it came with a tail and new. Shipping was terrible and several days late. They said Mar 14-18 and it arrived on the 21st. When I contacted the seller, he had a lot of excuses. He offered me a pitiful $5 for the missing tail, etc. Worst ever !!!!

  Based on the photo listing that I ordered from, it showed the float and the canopy, but not the tail piece. I messaged the seller to confirm that the tail piece was for sure included. They replied and said if I ordered today, the tail AND canopy would be included. I ordered that SAME day, and the float came WITHOUT the canopy, but the tail was in there. I contacted the seller, they are not going to ‘make it right with me’. They said they will just be better in the future. I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!
