  Very disappointed. Seller disclosed that the item needed to be cleaned but failed to just how gross it was. There is mold and a heavy musty smell that they tried to mask with a dryer sheet. Also found a small bug crawling on it that I had to squish. I can’t use this. So gross. Will not buy from them again.

  I would have been more than happy to refund or cancel your order given how disappointed you are. I would have also appreciate some pictures of the item. The item was not perfect as described but gross is debatable. I’m always happy to correct any issue that may come up. I would very much like to have this item back and give you a refund.
