  Got sent an empty box at first, and I contacted the seller- they responded immediately and sent out a replacement very quickly. Accidents happen, and it's how you deal with them that count. They handled it very very good. Would recommend this seller.

  Fantastic seller. 2 out of the 7 tuners were not working, but replacements were shipped 7 received in less then a week. Great communication, & zero problems. 5 stars the entire way

  Great price on item and good communication with seller. Had a problem with USPS .... Item got caught in a postal loop and we thought it was lost, but after notifying USPS, they researched it and finally found it and got it out to me. Definitely not the fault of the seller. They maintained a great communication with me while this was going on. I would definitely recommend them.

  Good communication, the product is of good quality. The packaging has several layers of cushioning, very well done. Item arrived sooner than expected and seller included a freebie that was quite appreciated. Overall, this was a pleasant transaction that didn’t disappoint in any way, thanks a lot.
