Although the original order got rerouted back to them for some reason, they refunded me and still sent out my order. Sadly although the tracking states delivered, i also did not get this one either! Cant fully track as evri tracking requires the postcode (putting in mine comes up error) Oh well! Cant fault the customer service, hats off to them. shame you cant say the same thing about evri delivery company.

Parts as described, arrived promptly thanks. Sadly, Evri delivery lets your service down: Poor comms. Jiffy bag had been torn open, enough to inspect contents. Courier chose not to use my door bell. Just dropped in my porch, took a pic from the 'best' side and left. Evri Customer Service is a shambles. See pics.

I had no issues with my air filter for a Suzuki AN 400,excellent service and communication,item arrived well packaged and a good price. Unfortunately after unwrapping the parcel I noticed part of the plastic surround was broken off.I have notified eBay who are getting in touch with the seller. I would use this seller again based on the service and price of the item,just a shame it was damaged. AN400 Suzuki Burgman. (Worcestershire)
