  Nice product and made resizing my watches metal watchband so much easier. Good seller and product. The one negative would be that the shipping was not by UPS as shown in the listing, it was made by a notoriously suspect company called SpeedX with a very bad reputation which showed up in a private car at 9pm at night. On time, but like having your goods delivered by Uber instead of a reputable shipping company.

  Seller responded to shipping problem within 1 day so that was good. Postal service was pitiful. Tracking was poor & product arrived 4 days late BUT this was not the seller's fault. The product was as described. It holds a charge very well. It's good for facial hair but is just adaquate for grooming scalp. For the price, it's fine but if you're looking for a close shave for your scalp, would probably not purchase this product. Again, the seller was fine so don't hold them accountable for delivery
