  Ordered two Pearl Jam live cds one 8th one 9th July 2003. However two different outcomes. Parcel arrived promptly and with good packaging. As described 1st cd showed signs of surface wear, but played perfectly. The 2nd, a 3cd set showed heavy wear and scratches. Sadly discs 1 & 3 were unplayable. Contacted seller who kindly resolved the matter satisfactorily. Would suggest the seller checks discs before sending out. But would still recommend the seller. Now searching for the 2nd show again!

  I am very pleased wit the jacket - first class - A problem with the delivery but this was outside the sellers control - packaging was first class, as described and very good value for money. The service given was first class - very helpful and friendly. Thank you again.

  The parcel was packaged very well and the item was as described by the seller. However the parcel wasn't marked fragile. Although no outward signs showed that the item may be damaged the figurine had it's head broken off. I didn't unwrap to see if there was any further damage as it was unnecessary to do so. Sadly this purchase was to replace a figurine which had lost its head when it was blown off a windowsill. I am sad for the sellers as they made every effort to ship it well. Thank you.

  Item arrived quickly and is as described - high quality ties at a very good price. There was a lot of protective packaging - but I suggest the seller doesn't use elastic bands to secure the ties themselves, as it's not needed and puts pressure that slightly creases them.
