N is retired from the United States Coast Guard and L is his wife that followed him from Alaska to Florida and everywhere in between. We have 2 college students which is a big reason why we search for treasures and junk! 😊
We donate 10% of every sale to Florida Camp for Children and Youth With Diabetes. Our daughter has Type 1 Diabetes, something she has lived with for the last 10 years. FCCYD is a camp for T1D children to feel "normal" for a week because all campers have Type 1. When she went the first year we needed a scholarship because we couldn't afford it. We donate so that others can experience camp! They boast, Miss Home for a Week, Miss Camp for a Year and it is completely true. So much so, our daughter now volunteers as a counselor.
