  Hello there, while I can understand your frustration that the item did not arrive, I am a bit confused by your feedtback. If you refer back to your ebay claim, you'll see that the case was decided in your favor and I issued a full refund to you after checking with the post office to see if they were able to help in locating the missing package. I apologize that it was not located but I do feel that I did what was in my power as a seller to rectify the issue. Thanks and all my best!
