  They stated that the iPad was in new condition. While the iPad was indeed wrapped in plastic, its actual condition was as follows: it works for one minute when plugged in, shorts out, and doesn’t work on battery at all. The iPad is fundamentally defective. They refuse to respond, issue a refund, or acknowledge the problem. This is not the product I ordered—simply disgraceful. I strongly, strongly, strongly do not recommend buying from them.
