  Bought seagate Ironwolf Pro 12TB drive which was listed as brand new. When it arrived it was evident it was not new as it had signs of wear then when I checked the warranty it showed no active warranty with the manufacturer. When I requested a return seller kept sending incorrect return labels sending me to the post office and a DHL office on 5 separate occasions. Eventually Ebay stepped in and provided a full refund. This is first time I've left negative feedback, but it was warranted.
