  Even though the seller said the box was damaged and unopened and not tampered with and admitted the plastic was not on the box. I feel 100% that it was a box from Walmart that opens from the side witch is supposed to have plastic wrap compared to the target box that does not have plastic on it and the seller took the pack out and moved cards over individually to look through them and seen no good cards and returned the pack back to now a damaged box and sold them. My mistake to trust.
