  The item appeared to be the I needed but was for another juicer and didn’t fit mine. I asked if I could exchange it and was told that the correct one was out of stock so they couldn't, bye. I then asked if I could return it for a refund. No answer I wouldn’t do business with them. Ever. I'm out $35!

  This is a great, brand new replacement for my unit's original part, from which the alignment fin on the top broke off after 10 years of owning it. It looks and works just like the original, and was less than half the price that other retailers were charging for a brand name replacement unit.

  The top fits perfectly and I am so glad that you were able to provide this replacement by using a 3D printer as it was not available as a stock item anywhere. The price is very reasonable and the black color coordinates very well with the black, white, and gray color scheme in my bathroom.
