  I am so so happy with this purchase! The item took awhile to get here but that was the postal service NOT the sellers fault at all. It was exactly as described. It was packaged securely. The seller was professional, friendly, come back to me very quickly with the questions i had. Everything about this transaction was smooth and easy.   A pretty little piece of Coalport at a good price. Thank you! Decently packed, though box suffered slight damage in transit. Shipping to France was expensive (more than cost of item!) and sluggish due to Ebay GSP system. 'Expedited'? No! No criticism of the seller - item was sent promptly, and seller can do nothing once it is out of their hands.

  Item arrived in one piece amazingly ,packaging was a very old amazon box that arrived in tatters with a few bits of newspaper and a very thin layer of bubble wrap. Happy that the plate arrived in good as described condition. God knows how

  Really pleased with the figurine.It was in excellent condition and really well packaged. Free postage was a bonus and the price was very very good, cheaper than others that were being sold at the same time. from ordering to delivery only took 4 days.Would use this buyer again if the opportunity arose.
