  I had an issue with the quality of the product, the seller communication was good, and resolved my issue with a partial refund. I wasn't happy with the product quality especially the xenon bulbs are very low quality with plastic base that was not mentioned. I agreed to a partial refund because I think the balasts are OK and replaced the bulbs with metal base ones from a different seller. I am definitely will not buy again from this seller. The Positive feedback only for the seller communication.

  received incorrect bulbs, however after sending over a photo of the bulbs I received I got a full refund. customer service is second to none! I will be using again as being a small business owner myself and being treated as a customer and not a number really goes a long way. Thank you for sorting this out.

  Great eBayer, sadly, the item was defective. I contacted them through eBay, to return the item, they supplied me with a QR code. Free return, no need to print a label, all done at the Post Office. Money back within 5 days. Would buy off them again.
