  There was a packaging mistake regarding the AN fittings. I ordered a kit that included -8 inlet and outlet. I received -12. One phone call and one email with pictures and the correct parts were shipped same day. In my opinion it is the most representative of company service when wrinkles have to be ironed out. More than satisfied that every possible effort was made to help me.

  I did not need the item (that arrived well-packaged and sent via FedEx with great communication. I sent a message and sent an eBay return. They responded shortly with a USPS mail label, and I sent the (never opened) item back for a refund.

  Original package got wet during shipment (FedEx placed contents in a plastic envelope) Since Quantum Fuel Systems sends everything in individual packages within the cardboard package, there was no damage to the contents. When notified of shipping issue, Quantum was responsive. No concerns and/pr issues Highly recommend Quantum Fuel Systems Would definitely use them again
