  everything was delivered in excellent condition!! the figurine was packed well (the probability that it would have arrived damaged = 0%) the seller is very good and kind. responds quickly and is very easy to contact. pleasant communication and a nice person (easy to negotiate) the quality of the figurine as stated when buying, and I was also very flattered by the small gifts.   Due to a prior mishap with shipping policies the package was originally returned to sender but seller was able to communicate professionally with me and was able to ship it out again via another shipping service. Its as advertised and all parts of the model kit is accounted for. Thank you again and thanks for the small gift in addition to the lovely note.

  Beautiful quality of packaging ! 😍 great communication and answers in a timely manner. Also when I had doubts about shipping Hi-Chan was kind enough to break down different shipping prices.
