  It is incredibly rare for a brand new item to malfunction, please continue talking to the manufacturer but also assure that your installer didn’t damage anything when setting up.

  I asked for a return of an item that doesn't fit because the eBay fitment guide was completely wrong in terms of the correct connection to my car for the part and I already provided him the photos saying hey, this is the original item that I have and this is the one that I purchased from you. Unfortunately he closed the return request and I'm unable to get my refund and it is terrible with communications. Please don't buy from this. Seller. Not responsive at all
