My shop is called “Hippo’s Dream” for a special reason…
When I was a young teenager, I bought on a flea market a stuffed mother & baby hippo from the 70s. They were handmade, and the mother was truly a big, big animal...I loved them!!!
Years later when I moved house, I decided that my little brother could sell my hippos on a local flea market...and now 25 years later I still miss them, and I regret that I have sold them. I still have a few blurry pictures that remind me of them.
On every flea market I still look, and I hope one day that I will find them back....
So, I hope that some of the vintage items that I sell in my shop will also give you as much joy as my hippos or even better, that you you find back the treasure that you are searching for, for many years....
