  Received a beautiful, very healthy plant in excellent condition at relatively low cost. Excellent eBay seller!!! Plant was protectively packaged and shipped quickly. Would definitely purchase more plants in the future from this seller.

  Arrives in outstanding condition, alive and well, no wilting! It was shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. It arrived in a waterproof plastic pot with drainage holes. The soil around the plant was covered with plastic and adhesive to mitigate evaporation. I removed it from the box immediately after arrival & watered it. I am very happy with the condition of this plant.

  I have purchased from this seller for years. They have a good variety of plants and generally ship quickly. This plant arrived completely rotted. I tried contacting the seller two times for a replacement or refund. They never responded, and unfortunately I needed to open a case with eBay. The seller never responded to that either, so I was able to get a refund. I’m disappointed that I’ll need to stop buying from hirt’s.
