  Extremely disappointed with both the product and the seller. The device itself was packed decently, but the pole was not secured at all and arrived broken due to poor packaging. We had someone try to fix it, but the pole wobbles because the wheels are uneven and unbalanced—making the whole thing unstable and unreliable. I reached out to the seller hoping to resolve the issue, but they completely ignored me. No response whatsoever. Now I'm stuck having to buy a new blood pressure machine.
