  I'm beyond impressed with this store! I ordered a specific anime bong that was supposed to be in stock, but it wasn't available. Instead of just canceling the order or making me wait, the staff went above and beyond to make it right. They let me choose from other anime bongs they had in store, and to top it off, they threw in a silicone bong! The customer service is top-notch, and I'm so glad I chose to shop here. Five stars isn't enough - keep up the amazing work!

  Item was delivered broken. I messaged Seller (with pics) & He stated he would send a Replacement. Then He messaged saying he needed to see that it 'was broken when received' which is not possible w/o Time-Travel since I did NOT record me opening it. Instead of receiving a Replacement He STALLED until TIME RAN OUT for me to have EBAY help then KEPT MY $$ while sending me NOTHING. I was ROBBED by"HN SmokeShop". A VERY poor buying experience from an UNTRUSTWORTY Seller. I will be Sharing EVERYWHERE
