  Shipping was extremely slow and expensive. The item is highly over priced. There was a mix up on communication and the description. I searched to see that this had a pocket before purchasing. It does not but that wasn't clear, some reviews said it had a pocket. Now the description has a warning that it doesn't have a pocket. It's not clear which side is which, there's no instructions.

  I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. I understand your frustration regarding the shipping time and cost, and I’ll be looking into that to see what can be improved. As for the item description and pocket confusion and the lack of instructions and unclear sides, you have to tell more detail since I am not sure why is that. So far, no one had speak out about it but they all praise it. So need a little more info here.
