  We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy, but we’d like to clarify: since Brexit, UK buyers may be charged import duties and taxes by UK customs. This is not something we as a seller control, and it is also mentioned in eBay’s policies. We always try to help by declaring and avoid this extra charge, but customs may still apply charges at their discretion. Leaving negative feedback for something beyond our control feels unfair
