  The seller took a bit of time answering my questions about the Android version claimed, and when I said that I was not going to accept anything but what was advertised, Android version 6.0 they were able to cancel the order. We parted ways amicably.

  Found out, prior to actual shipment, that the phones were not Android version 6.0 as advertised and told the seller to cancel the order as well as the gift they offered. They understood and we parted ways amicably.

  Product arrived much ahead of scheduled delivery and was extremely well packaged. This product was described as used but appears like brand new. Seller was generous enough to add an additional SD memory card for compensation of not having the color of phone I originally purchased. Seller also had excellent communication answering any questions I had regarding the phone. Overall this was a very positive experience buying from this seller and would definitely buy from them again.

  It's unacceptable that the item description states that the item has been refurbished, yet it actually has marks, dents, and scratches from use. That's not what was advertised. I don't accept this, especially when the seller claims the device is in excellent condition.
