  The exfoliate was what I ordered but it was a little dried out. I wonder if it was sitting around before I received it?

  It was new, fresh (from 3/25) and sealed as received from the manufacturer. We are sorry it was not as expected. It's not our fault. We had no way of knowing if it was dry as it was sealed.
