  The sale was cancelled because eBay tried to get me to pay for the French taxes on this sale. Whenever I'm charged extra taxes making the sale causing me a financial loss, then I will cancel the order. The buyer showed zero interest in paying his national taxes instead of me. I get a neutral rating simply for protecting myself against losing money.
