  Well packaged in heavy tube to insure bar was not bent. Shipping was very really fast considering this was a 45lb bar. I have a decent weight bench, been using dumbells for my workout but let me tell you nothing can ever replace a 70", 45lb steel bar with 45lb plates loaded on each side to really get a GOOD workout. This bar has an excellent grip, not to sharp no matter how big a load you put on it, a fine steel too. Well machined, if you can't tell I do like this bar. Good product, good Dealer.
