There was a minor connection issue, but the seller helped and suggested I get it fixed by a professional, and offered to reimburse me for the repair cost. I went to someone who fixed the connection for the car clock, and it cost me $150. The seller reimbursed me for the difference. Outstanding service, beyond expectations. Thank you very much. I will definitely buy again.”

  Arrived with a scratch, was difficult to communicate with being Chinese supplier and because of the time in going backwards and forwards with emails the time passed to return the item. Basically wanted my PayPal details to refund postage to China which costs more than the product itself, wasn’t convinced and subsequently I didn’t see the return through. Supplied return address in Chinese and kept making me feel guilty for returning the item. Now I’m left with the item

  J’ai acheté une caméra de recul pour mon range Rover je l’ai bien reçu, malheureusement elle ne marche pas ça fait trois semaines que ça dure j’ai été courtois J’ai contacter le vendeur à plusieurs reprises il me trouve toujours une excuse j’ai demandé un bon de retour je n’ai toujours rien j’ai demandé un remboursement, j’ai toujours rien J’ai fait intervenir, eBay sécurité. À l’attente qui trouve une solution. Heureusement qu’il y a eBay sécurité pour régler les problèmes. Merci à l’équipe .
