I couldn’t get my app to work on M4 Mac with this card, but that was my fault. The software publisher made it clear that M series Macs won’t recognize it, only Intel Macs, but I didn’t read that until after I purchased it, again clearly my fault. Seller was more than understanding and courteous and refunded me quickly. I would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat! A+ Seller!

Despite this, Fedex did what it could to wreck the box as it arrived with the box half opened and pretty beat up. This is NOT the sellers fault, and they packaged it well enough that nothing seems to have fallen out. Well done. I did have to reseat the drive backplane as it had been knocked out of whack (seriously FEDEX, what did you do to this package?) but it worked as described after that. Great price, great seller, nothing more to really add.

While box item was packed in look a bit banged up, the electronic item was double wrapped in very thick, strong, buublr wrap thus very well protected. Shipping was on time. Unfortunately, there was some issues with the item but seller made it right. Recommended and I would buy from them again. Thanks!

Packing material was top notch, worth every penny as I’ve had issues with broken monitors in transit before - due to poor packing. My only complaint is that the packing tape (sealing the box) was about a few inches from being open upon delivery. Not sure if that’s a one off in transit or the packing tape itself. Regardless could’ve been a problem but wasn’t. Thank you!!
