  Received items on time, exactly as described and so well packed it took me 45 minutes to unpack 19 glasses! Very good price for the items, also excellent communication with seller made this a very good experience. And the glasses are beautiful!

  Glasses were as described, well packaged, price was reasonable, seller shipped promptly, but the shipping, which is completely out of seller's control, took forever. The box arrived in my city in 3 days (very reasonable) but then bounced around in my town for a week before it was delivered. But that is a USPS problem, not the seller's!
