  Received the items weeks before expected delivery date. There was an issue with the original item received, however the store was extremely diligent in quickly understanding the error, and shipping out a replacement to resolve the problem. Coordinator was extremely polite and apologetic, and the replacement even arrived before the original expected delivery date. Would highly recommend this team for purchases in the future.

  The seller sent the wrong USB receiver but quickly refunded me after I provided a screenshot showing it wasn’t compatible with my K70 CORE Mini keyboard.   Best service! Only 10 days from China to Israel and the keycap was delivered. The keycap is compatible with G915 keyboard and the seller answer every question with good reply. Good condition, good quality, worth value and the appearance look like new keycap. Of course, RGB compatible with the keycap.
