  I really liked that the seller provided pictures on the website showing what a defective gear looked like and he described the exact symptom I was experiencing (Ice Maker wont stop making Ice). He also stated that he personally marked the gear to show which way to install it, many people would get this wrong and have problems without the extra help he provided.
