I sent indoodirect an email enquiring about missing accessories. I should have read the full description as, clearly, disposables such as water filters were not included. So about £20 for disposables from Ebay and Amazon which were delivered next day. Downloaded the manual and printed it off. End result an excellent coffee from fresh Columbian beans. Brill!
