  Hello,Sorry to hear you are having problems with your carburetor, flooding and leaking like you describe is often caused by higher than 5 PSI fuel pressure coming from the fuel pump or contamination from the fuel which lodges in the needle and seat and prevents the float from reaching its level. All the internal parts are new in your carburetor.Please try the following:Disconnect your fuel line and empty the carburetor out, flush the line and verify that the fuel comes out clean, re-connect
