  went out of their way to help and posted promptly. Packaging just survived - australia post were a bit rough. Item as described but there were electrical differences with my model washing machine, nevertheless, a positive experience and would buy again from this supplier.

  Part arrived as described & genuine part. despatched quickly.. It arrived 2 days after Aust Post advised, but it was their delay.. Only criticism, if you can call it that, is the postage cost was almost as dear as the item itself & a bit over the top for 2 plastic washers.. Would definitely use this seller again..

  I did not receive the product I ordered. It was a substitute product as the original item is no longer available. The substitute product was not suitable and so I returned it. I rated this as a positive experience as the seller was prompt to deliver, did not question my right to return, and started a very efficient return process immediately.

  The lamps were exactly as described. Ive fitted them to the microwave oven and they worked perfectly. Delivery was a little quicker than expected and supplier couldn't have done any more than what they did in keeping me informed with the progress.
