  Sent over an unusable screen protector and described it as brand new. The pack was supposed to be a 2 pack but they only sent 1 screen protector and the one that came was used as well and broken. They priced this unusable item at the same price as brand new off of amazon. Took about a week to post the item after constant reminders and constant delays.
