  Excellent seller. Contacted prior to purchase requesting express shipping for a trip. Seller immediately responded and offered a FREE upgrade to express Royal Mail. Item arrived way before expected date and before my trip so I got to take them for a test ride before I go! Exactly as described, well packaged and a bargain ! Thanks again :)

  Ordered boots and paid for on the 2nd October. However I did not receive them until the 24th October. I would have appreciated contact from the seller and not from Yodel tracking, in regards to the parcel not being collected from the seller until the 21st October. Despite a very poor transaction, I am pleased with the boots, description and packaging.

  Wrong item sent, wrong size sent, contacted to ask for a replacement. No answer, no apology and I had to raise a claim with eBay to get my money back as the seller didn’t send it through after receiving my return back three days ago. Item was also sent in wrong box. Terrible seller with poor communication, slow postage and terrible customer service

  Boots arrived in a plain white box, not the LKB one shown in the listing. Seller kindly offer to refund however did not respond to the refund request. Have had to wait days for the request to expire so I can go through another 48hr return process. Not impressed.

  Got it gite quick so postage was correct. The shoes are fully genuine, as described in an original Barker box, well packed. Spare laces, shoe horn, wipe cloth also included so the whole package was present! It was a great deal, thank you!
