  I didn't receive the engine. He said he sent it to the shipping company, but the item never arrived. He wouldn't give me an update on when it would arrive, saying it was difficult to communicate with the shipping company because he was from China and the shipping company was in the US. He wanted me to resolve this... absurd. After I requested a refund on eBay, he said the shipping company had delivered the engine, which hadn't happened. He even implied that I received the engine after the refund

  There were metal shavings inside thr pumo itself. But luckily my mechanic noticed it did not spin freely before installing. And checked the inside of item. And was cleaned and zinc oiled up.. and works now. Glad that was found before hand.
