  Shipped very quickly and packaged securely to protect the items. Unfortunately, one of the items was inadvertently left out of the lot, which was otherwise precisely as advertised. After conversing with me, the seller refunded even MORE than had been originally discussed as an apology. All in all I am a very happy customer, and this seller has proven himself to be a man of honesty and integrity. I hope to do business again with you soon! Thank you!

  The seller was polite and seemed like a nice person, and the equipment arrived as described (have not opened yet. Still in box). However, communication was very difficult throughout the process — responses were slow and unclear, which caused some delays. I still have not received the bill of sale that I need before installing the machine, even after multiple requests. Overall, product seems fine, but buyers should be aware that follow-up and documentation can be a challenge

  Excellent guy to do business with; I recently got back into musical instruments and the seller (Dr. Jenkins) agreed to a payment plan which was awesome! Also, after paying like 3/4 of the bill, he went ahead and sent it ahead of time and trusted me to do the right thing (which I absolutely will). I’ve always been a man of my word and so this is a big deal for me. The horn was in stereotypical antique condition, but cleaned up nicely and plays great, but not until after some tlc.

  Wonderful piece of Civil War history, great shipping, packaging was awesome, totally as described, and definitely a great value. Going in my personal collection! I highly recommend the seller to anyone interested in Civil War items!
