Pen and accessories were in original box, as described, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then in shipping envelope. To elaborate on the way they package their items, the item was wrapped in bubble wrap, placed into a box, and then placed into another shipping bubble wrapper. This ensured that my item arrived undamaged from Japan to the United States. The item also appears to be new and authentic, which is very important to me.

  Item was delivered as described and was shipped within a day or two. First shipping attempt was returned to sender, and they tried again a day or two later. Item arrived earlier than forecast. Zero seller communication, probably due to language differences. A reminder to anyone buying a Japanese Icom product, that the included Japanese charger is designed for 100V only, If you use 120V, the voltage will not be lowered enough, and you will most likely damage your receiver. Would buy from again.

  Item is correct as per description but the image shown in the listing is not for the VN35HE. Good price so it’s not a big deal. Fast and free shipping, good packaging. Might buy another one soon.
