  Thank you for doing the right thing due to an unknown issue. I waited over three weeks to get some type of resolved during which time vehicle I’m working on had to sit even though the part wasn’t delivered they still did the right thing and I gave her a refund without a bunch of excuses When I explained to them the timeline and what was going on

  It took them 7 days from the time I bought the seatbelt just to print a shipping label, then another 3 days before UPS received it. Zero communication and the worst experience I've had getting parts. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again and strongly recommend others to avoid them. I hate leaving negative feedback, otherwise you'd have it for sure!
