  Additional financial costs were required when sending the goods. I offered the seller to split the costs equally, but he politely refused. Thanks to the seller for the extra time and additional funds to send the goods. 100% description. The bag-backpack Osprey Sojourn Wheeled Luggage / Hybrid Rucksack 80L 28" is new. I am very pleased.   Item was packaged very poorly - basically no protection from bumps during shipping, even though this was a very heavy package - and got damaged in transit. There was also quite a bit of rust present (not great for a pasta maker!), which was not disclosed in listing. I sent it back, but seller didn't issue the refund (instead, they filed a claim with USPS - as if it was their fault). Ebay processed the refund from their end after the time for the seller to do so ran out. Just a hassle all around.

  Tapes and item is a described. Tapes work. Was slightly disappointed in the shipping decision for the costs. Item was simply taped around, and slapped with shipping label. There was some damage to the case externally, corners dented in. Not sure if it was there previously or from shipping. Please use proper shipping materials. Like a box.
