  BBuyers, beware of this seller. I purchased a laptop that was packaged as brand new, but it didn’t power on. There was no physical damage from the courier, so it’s clear that the seller sold a defective laptop. I have sent multiple messages to the seller, but they have refused to respond. This is one of the worst sellers on this app.

  I received it without the wall cord that attaches to the power adapter. I contacted the seller. He not only sent me the right one, he sent me another configuration. Awesome customer service.
