  Bought this for my mother in law because her control unit died. Great value and at half the cost of what I could find! The unit was as described, new in bubble wrap. The unit shipped quickly and was securely packaged. Plugged it in, attached the blanket, turned it on, and the blanket works again! My mother in law was happy and I'm happy! Thank you so much!

  Although I haven't yet used the ink, the bottle is identical to those that came with the printer. For that reason, I'm sure it will work.
