  the heels arrived quickly, neat packaging, and are SO cute. nearly as described. my only disappointment is that the top piece of the heel of the right shoe crumbled when i tried them on this morning. therefore, i think they are worth just a little less than paid for since i now must pay to have them fixed. i’m not sure how to go about fixing it. the nail is exposed (photos for reference).
