    Messed around by seller. Goods never arrived. Tracking was never given. Seller didn't answer question asked. Only positive was seller responded quickly and refunded quickly.

    We were in contact with the buyer all times. We notified them that the parcel was lost in transit by the courier and it was out of our control. We swiftly refunded them fully but the buyer has left negative review out of frustration and ignorance rather than facts.
