  Seller listed as new with torn package, but in actuality, it should have been "open box" The whole back of the ink cartridge package had been ripped/cut open. I had to question whether the cartridges had been used before. Seller was quick to respond. But I shouldn't have to install in printer to check how much ink was in them. Seller did provide fast shipping
