  Very poor quality. Most of the floral decorations fell off as I took it out of the box. Had it in the house for less than 3 minutes.

  The flowers that fell off were not attached to the hat to begin with. They were not in the photo on my ad for the hat. I added those as nice afterthought thinking you might be able to use them as I was going to add them when I first had the hat myself. You should have contacted me if there was an issue, disappointed that you would add a negative remark without reaching out to me first since I do take my rating very seriously. Lesson learned not to try to add anything extra to my orders.
