  The vase was beautiful, as described and it was a good value, fast shipping, however in the shipping process, it was damaged/broken. I contacted the seller and the filed a report with USPS or whomever, and made sure I was refunded for it. Great customer service from seller

  The end of the handle was just outside the pics, never visible, so I sent 3 messages asking for a pic of the complete handle…never responded. And no mention about the broken handle in the description. I went ahead and bought it-good price, but that is a very poor way to do business. NOT RECOMMENDED to do business with or deal with !! I guess to cover shipping, seller shipped this spinning reel in a 12x12x6 enormous box. Shameful…

  Had buyer contacted me I would of happily refunded. I do a test on all reels before selling but if I miss something I will always make it right.

  One of the best plates I’ve ever purchased money wise on eBay Plate was well packaged and shipped timely however the seller combined 2 plates and didn’t respond to an initial question on the plate, or my request to refund a portion of the separate shipping fees
