  We asked information to set up clover merchant account and buyer did not reply and we have to cancel the order. We can't process the order without information to set up account. Thank you.

  We posted product description "merchant account is required to process the order" and buyer does not read description and ask only product for discounted price we offer with new merchant account. we answered all buyers question and refund as buyer want to cancel.
